Averi allows and encourages audio taping for personal and non-commercial use and trading ONLY. Please do not buy, sell or encode MP3’s from Averi shows. No profit should ever be made from Averi live recordings.

Soundboard (matrix) patches will be available at most Averi performances, but be aware that patches are not guaranteed. Please be prepared to tape using audience microphones.

Tapers must also provide all power and necessary cables needed for recording – none of these items will be provided by the venue or Averi sound personnel.

Averi will help to make taping available at all venues in which the band performs, but please keep in mind that the venue may have restrictions beyond the band’s control.

Please be courteous to those around you while taping and respect the venue you are recording at and the staff who works there. Please adhere to these reasonable requests so that we can keep the taping option open to everyone.

Please feel free to trade your Averi live recordings throughout the music listening and concert going community – new audio contributions to the community and taping trees keep them fresh while also helping the growth of the artist you are taping.

Posting recordings at achive.org and other free trading networks is permissible.
